We’re not just another “we buy houses” company. We’re a LOCAL solution based real estate company. Just a small mom and pop shop. Not a huge corporation ran by a hedge fund. It’s my wife and I that run the company. I grew up in Florissant and Hazelwood. I attended the Hazelwood and Fort Zumwalt school districts. I went to St. Charles Community College as well as Webster University.

People First is more than just a name. It’s how we operate. We prioritize the home owner’s needs to figure out how we can best help, even if that involves NOT buying their house.
